After both of our ups and down with looking for love we took a chance, and both swiped right on each other. Scott being the one to notice me first and then I took a chance to see where it went. The heart connected us and that is where our story began. After a few days of waiting, I finally received a message from him and knew from right then that he was a smooth talker. Question after question, we asked each other. Then after three weeks of being patience, we planned our first date. Longhorn, putt-putt, milkshakes, and a phone call from my mom that almost ruined all it. Within the first week of seeing each we had our first three dates just like that. We became almost inseparable, and it wasn't long after that we went official and admitted that it was love. The kind of love where you knew it was going to be forever and a knowing that it was all worth the wait. 1,223 days to be exact from the first text. In which ended up being a very eventful week from emergency room visits and an unplanned surgery 2 days prior to Scott getting down on one knee and asking if I would marry him.
