The RSVP deadline will be September 20th, 2025. If we do not receive a response by this date your presence will be greatly missed due to final numbers being turned in to our catering and venue.

Business causal, jeans are perfectly fine as well. Nice dresses, nothing overly formal like an evening gown.

The ceremony will start at 03:30 PM promptly. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before this time to allow time to get seated.

Please understand the RSVP's are set as they are sent. Seating in the venue is limited and we ask that you follow what is set on the RSVP cards.

Food being served will be as followed: Meats: Pulled pork, pulled chicken and smoked bologna Sides : Cheesy potatoes, mac & cheese, and corn pudding Kids Option: Chicken fingers If you have any allergies, please contact the bride or groom accordingly to advise.

All accommodations will be located under the Travel tab. We only have rooms blocked at the Hampton Inn Maysville with special rates until September 18, 2025 and they are first come first serve.
